Holy Eucharist

The Eucharist is the heart and summit of the Church’s life, for in it Christ associates his Church and all her members with his sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving offered once for all on the cross to his Father; by this sacrifice he pours out the graces of salvation on his Body which is the Church.

Update on First Holy Communion

Until we meet again: A Message to those waiting to receive their First Holy Communion

  • Thank you for waiting and persevering.
  • God is still happily working outside of our plans: The life of faith is still happening. God can work in the interruption, so don’t worry if things have being delayed due to this pandemic.
  • What you have to do:
  1. Do all you can to continue to pray for your children, pray for them and with them: encourage your children to pray.
  2. This is not a time to rush into things:the Parish Church will make our own plans.
  3. Reconnect: Get down to the Parish Church, say “Hello!” to your Parish Priest; and lead your children back into the life of the Parish Community. Reconnect is the very important step forward because on the parish newsletter, in the website, in the announcements at the end of each Mass, you will find our gradually what is happening as we begin to rethink all the things we cared about back in April 2020, when we were so rudely interrupted by the pandemic.
  • We are really, really, really looking forward to welcoming you and your children into full life in the parish community! We can’t wait to meet you again !
